has listed Thomas Spalding ( William, Thomas) b in 1706, St. Mary's
Co., MD: d 1769 before 14 March, St Mary's Co. MD, m Catherine Cooper, etc.
with daughter Susanna Spalding, m Edward Abell--
Nothing listed to prove this statement. Rutherford does not continue the
lineage on Susanna Spalding.
