Well Linda,

I have more problems. James Howard son of James Howard and Mary Jackson is
still living in 1813, so these orphans can't be his either, unless his wife
died but he did not.

I really don't know the answer I have data that I got from what others have
told me, and now I have some questions as to why it's not working.

Thomas Forrest is on Land records also with Charles Howard who married
Frances "Fanny Thompson until at least until 1807.

Does anyone know if Thomas Forrest died? And when? Because if Mollie Howard
remarried to Samuel elliot by 1814, so did Thomas Forrest died between 1807-
and 1814?

Jerry,

I don't know about you, but I find it a little more than coincidental that,
with the exception of Anny, all of these children match the last ones named
by James Howard in his will and all are under the guardianship of Charles
Howard in 1812.

From James Howard's will:

other two thirds to be sold and the money divided amongst all my children
that is to Anny Mollie, James Richard Susannah Trieciey. Item 4 I do will

to my Daughter Kattey five shillings. Item 5 I do constitute and appoint
Mary Howard executrix Done this 13th day of February, 1802. Wit.: Henry
Smock, William Vessells, James Vessells. (Book A, p. 268).

3/9/1812: Polly Howard, James Howard, Richard Howard, Susanna Howard, and
Teresa Howard, orphans of James Howard. Guardian: Charles Howard.
Bondsman: Stephen Spalding. (Washington Co., Ky Guardian Bonds 1792-1834).
