[OK ... what did Ellen do ?? :o) - "Bro. German" was the Rev. Solomon
German who served in 1875 w/ the Rev. Jesse C. Starr on the St. Mary's
Circuit, which covered the entire county. In 1876, when St. Mary's was split
into St. Mary's and Leonardtown, Rev. German was appointed to the
Leonardtown Circuit: Mt. Zion, Laurel Grove; Joy Chapel, Hollywood; St.
Paul's, Leonardtown. ]
