Subject: Can someone help me place Robert Henry Tarleton was born September7, 1881 in Valley Lee, Maryland?

Dear List, I received this response on another forum. However, I do not
have any recent St. Mary's Tarlton/Tarleton information. Can someone
help me place these Tarletons?

My father, James Harold Tarleton, was from St. Mary's County, Maryland.
He moved to Michigan when he was a young man and took root here. His
father, Robert Henry Tarleton married Cecilia Louise Watts on April 14,
1914 in Poplar Hill and they had 8 children. Robert Henry Tarleton was
the son of Robert Tarleton and Zipporah Hewitt. Robert Henry Tarleton
was born September 7, 1881 in Valley Lee, Maryland. They lived on a
family farm in Hunter's Hill (Maryland).
