There was a Civil War Magazine that was published for several years. An
Index was prepared for all of the issues in book form. The Albemarle County
Historical Society has a copy of the Index and all of the Magazines. I did find a
photo of a Mattingly? once upon a time - however, I do not know how many
Marylanders would be included therein.
If not one has access to this publication, I will make a trip down to the
Hist Soc and see what I can find.
