I, William Jinkins of CC, am sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and
memory.
To my five daus, Henrietta Jinkins, Ann Jinkins, Susannah Jinkins, Dorothy
Jinkins, and Mary Jinkins -- my dwellings and land. NB--that is, shall
possess
it while single.
to Henrietta Jinkins
To Ann Jinkins
To Susannah Jinkins
To Dorothy Jenkins
To Mary Jinkins
to each of my five daus afd - a creditable horse, bridle and saddle.
to my son, Thomas Jinkins- a negro boy named Edward and no more of my
personal property.
to my son John Jenkins- a valuable horse, bridle and saddle and housing.
To my sons George and John Jinkins and my 5 daus afd - the rest of my
estate,
after my debts are paid, to be equally divided between them.
Executor- my Son, Thomas.
Signed 13 Apr 1782- William Jinkins. Wit: Luke Wheeler, Joseph Wheeler,
George Mills.
Probated 16 Aug 1782 by the oath of Capt. Thomas Jinkins, the executor, and
by the oaths of witnesses Luke Wheeler and Joseph Wheeler."
