Subject: Gravestone GEORGE MORGAN/ETHELBERT CECIL

In the St. Francis Xavier Cemetary out on Newtowne Neck is a raised slab grave marker for one GEORGE MORGAN. The top of the slab is written in English and the bottom of the slab appears to be inscribed in Latin and included the name Ethelbert Cecil. The last part of the inscription ( as best I could make it out) reads:
"George Morgan qui ah Martei, 1828 aviquae ejus Ethelbert Cecil qui ah 1826."
I admit I did not spend as much time with the grave as I should have. Might anyone have the full inscription and translation? I've a photo of the the lower portion of the inscription if this would help.
