We just had an incident here. A new supermarket was having an opening sale.
They produced a flyer to be mailed to every resident in the city. The
opening sale was for sat and Sun. The flyer went to the post office on
Friday the week before the sale. The flyer was delivered on Wednesday after
the sale. Seems like there is no guarantee on delivery of 3rd class bulk
mailings. You get what you pay for.
