Hi. I don't want to pretend I'm a legal expert but, from where I sit,
the purpose of this List is to share information. I find it
mean-spirited to chide Norma when she has been so extraordinarily
generous with her own research and information all along. So many of us
have benefited from her willingness to share and I, for one, would like
to thank her for that. Now, having said that, I know full well that

Well, as with all things "law", we could debate forever and receive
different ruling on different intellectual product from different
