Sorry,

Meant to say Washington County, Maryland by 1811, Washington County, KY by
1820.

Dear List,

It appears Thomas A. Mulhall immigrated in 1811 from Ireland to Washington
County, KY. I have not located marriage record yet.

But since they did not give me his date of birth I'm not positive it's the
same Thomas Mulhall, but very likely is.

There are no entries under that surname in the Marriage license index
covering 1799-1860.
The only thing on him that turns up in Ancestry is a naturalization record
in 1811 in Washington County - Fuller's the source. He doesn't appear in the
Fred. Co. marriage licence index for the period 1778-1810.

I found two traces of him:

Maryland Herald June 13, 1810
"Thomas Mullhall - Funks-town offers reward for missing cow."

There is an ad in the Maryland Herald Feb. 19, 1812:
"Journeyman cooper wanted - Thomas Mulhall, Funks-town."
