The Children I have of Thomas Riney II who married Priscilla ?

Susanna Riney married James Wheatley 4 Jan 1798 , Wahington, Kentucky

Clement Riney married Mary Elizabeth Ann Gates on 16 Oct 1810 , Washington,
Kentucky

John Riney married Ann "Nancy HARDESTY daughter of John obediah HARDESTY and
Catherine Thompson. John Riney married Ann "Nancy" Hardesty on 12 or 25 Jan
1812, Washington County, KY. She remarried in Feb 1814 to Clement Knott.

So I assume John Riney died before 1814, prior to will of his father which
was dated 1818.

Augustine Riney born Bef. 1793 died 1818 , Washington County, KY (don't know
if he married)

Augustine Riney also not listed in his fathers will of 1818, because he died
prior to his fathers will.

Joseph M. Riney born abt 1772 married Cecilia Cissell born abt Abt 1804
married 28 Jul 1823 , Martin, Indiana

Since he moved to Indiana he also was not mentioned in Fathers will.

Robert Elder Riney born ? married Ally Blandford born abt 1785 in , Charles,
Maryland married 24 Nov 1804, Washington County, KY

Mary Ann Riney born abt 1783 married Charles Hardesty son of John Obidiah
HARDESTY and Catherine Thompson. Married 24 Apr 1813 , Washington County, KY

So based on this it appears that Priscilla ? was not the only wife of Thomas
Riney II and she was not the mother of all of his children, likely just the
ones mentioned in her will.

Any other corrections or additions welcomed.

RINEY is spelled variously: RYNY, RYNIE, RAINEY, RINEY, RINE, imagine it and
it's probably been used.

I have the following from Linda Reno several years ago:

Eleanor Maryman (1738-aft 1774) married (1) Nichols, she was referred to as
Elinor Nichols in her father John Maryman's will (Will: 2 Oct., 1764; 26
Aug., 1766). She married (2) Thomas Edward Rainey (1725-1795). Eleanor and
Thomas Rainy were the parents of Mary (bef 1765-aft 1780).

Jerry -

The list of kids don't match up. Are you sure that Thomas married to
Priscilla is the son of Thomas m. to Eleanor Merryman?

You have

Abstract of Priscilla Riney will, Washington County, Kentucky lists
beneficiaries: sons Robert, Joseph, and Clement; daughters Susannah
Wheatley and Mary Hardesty while Thomas's will lists his grandchildren -

Three underage grandchildren: Mary, Nancy & Thomas Riney, children of my
deceased son, Thomas

I also note that the website you site has Thomas married to Priscilla as
born in Ireland. I don't have a birthplace for Thomas married to Eleanor?
Was he born in Ireland and his son too?
