I was looking for additional information on Andrew Orem, I don't have a birth
date, but he died between 1684-1699. His wife Ellinor Morris remarried in
1699 to Arthur Rigby.
Andrew and Ellinor were married at John Pitts home on Feb 21,1678. They
were members of Tred Avon Metting house.
Eleanor Orem Rigby mention 3 Orem sons in her will and 1 Rigby son.
Andrew Orem was left 1/2 of Adventure

Morris Orem-(my line) recieved from his mother "Fox Hole"," Fox Harbour" he
married Alice Spedden(daughter of Hugh Spedden and Mary?)
Thomas Orem-died before 1721, daughtre inherited from grandmother 1/2 of
"Adventure"
Elanor Orem- married Jan 3,1696 at Tred Avon Metteing House Thomas Booker
Arthur Rigby, names exectur of mothers will.
Morris and Alice Spedden Orem lived in Talbot co their entire lives.

Andrew Orem married Rachel Benson, the daughter of Nicholas Benson and Rachel

Thomas and Julia Taylor were married May 26,1797 in Caroline co, she died
around 1805 and Thomas remarried Sarah Mills of Talbot co on Aug 10,1808
Thomas and Julia had the following children
Mary Orem who married Andrew Layton (my line)
Nicholas born April 27,1799 Sydney Harrington of Caroline co on Aug 19,1823,
then married Maria Blunt of Queen Anne's co on June 30,1835, then to Sara
Walters Seth of Talbot co on March 25,1845. He owned land in Church Neck outside
of St Muchael's in Talbot co. His plantation was called "Newlands" and the Orem
family cemetery is supposdly there. It is listed in the Talbot co Tombstone
book vol 1, but I have been unable to locate the actually spot it is at. Any
ideas?? His sister Mary Orem Layton is buried there with her son.
