Truly sorry - 1910 is not indexed and would require scanning all of
Baltimore County to locate (several rolls at two hours each). Can you narrow
the search [by giving ward or district in the city, or if only in the county
itself] or would 1900 or 1920 be helpful? Those years are indexed.
