Hello Bonnie Shafer,

Would you be kind enough to check your reference materials for the surname
HURDLE. I have records that show the family possibly originated in Frederick
Co., MD, lived in Loudoun Co. VA and then ended up in Washington Co., MD around
1820. So far the documents (census & a will) indicate a Clement HURDLE in 1820,
a Richard HURDLE in 1845 and a Noland HURDLE 1830-1860. I am sure that there
are many others, but those are the given names that I have traced so far. Any
help you are able to offer will be most appreciated.
