I apologize for all the inconvenience this is causing to the list. I have
contacted my server and was informed that they are unable to remove your server
from the block. They explained that due to complaints received about a number
of servers (not just yours) that were linked to a high incidence of spamming
that a filter was "put on" that rejected mail from those servers. They are not
able to take individual addresses/servers from that block themselves since it is
another company that controls the block. They said that your server must
contact ORBS.org and request to be removed from that block which will include
some kind of proof that they are a secure mail server and do not allow unwanted
advertising to be attached to the e-mails that are sent through their service
(spamming). The only other way that I could think of is if our mail is
redirected through another e-mail address (you send a letter to a friend's
address and they send it to me).
I have no idea what to do now - any ideas?
