Roger,

I believe that the Jacob Moats, Motz is my gggrandfather. Lizzie or
Elizabeth is mentioned in a book on the civilians at Sharpsburg during the
battle. My grandfather's names was Frisby L. Moats and my father's name was
Ira P. Moats. They were from Fairplay, Manor Church Road. Let me know if
you want anymore information.
