I am also interested in a John Hine. I'm not sure if it's the same one you
are seeking, but I'd be interested, if you have some other info on him. My
John Hine is the father of Mary Catherine Hine Lowery, my great, great
grandmother. I've put much of the raw data I have gathered on the
Hine/Hines/Himes families of Washington County, Maryland on-line at :

If you go to this page, under "Cemetery Transcriptions" you'll find my John
G. Hine halfway down the page with dates of 12/12/1819 to 5/31/1889. Do
these dates match up with what you know about your John G. Hine?
