Hi,
Seeing your post on the Wetzel family(if I remember right they were original
settlers of Wheeling, WV), if you ever want to read a good book on the era
and family try The Frontiersmen and That Dark and Bloody River : Chronicles
of the Ohio River Valley by Allan W. Eckert. Great Books!!

I'm still searching Gerlach/Garlough/Gerlaugh in Washington County.
