Thanks to everyone for your responses. I have just learned that
Boonsboro is in the #6 Election District. The man I am seeking (Conrad
Harleman) was shown in the census as being in the 1st Election District
which must put him in the Sharpsburg area, not Boonsboro. Now if I could
only find a map of the various election districts, I could find the
specific area where he and his lived from 1820 until 1833. Then I might
strike oil and find the Lutheran Church they attended. Thank you all
again.
