Hello

Could you please see if you can find any mention of a MILLS family in
Washington County -- I don't have much of anything to go on, only that
since my BINKLEY relations show up there in early 1800's, I'm thinking
that maybe the Mills family moved to Ohio with them prior to the Civil
War.

Specifically, I'm trying to find my gggrandfather, JAMES MILLS ( his
middle name, I believe, was Louis) but I know nothing of his parents nor
even if they actually did come from Washington County. He was born
around 1830, married Philomena Schaefer in Ohio. And he was a Union
Veteran.
