ORDER OF PUBLICATION

AMANDA H. WEAGLEY, COMPLAINANT
VERSUS
SUSAN YOUNG, CAROLINE RENNER, ET. AL. DEFENDANTS

No. 149 Equity--In the Orphans' Court of Washington County, sitting as a
Court
of Equity.

The object of this suit is to procure a decree for the sale of the real
estate
whereof Daniel RENNER, late of Washington county, Maryland, died seized and
possessed, situate in said county and the application of the proceeds of
such
sale to the payment of debts.

The bill states that it is filed by Amanda H. WEAGLEY, a creditor, who sues
as
well for herself as all other creditors who will come in and contribute to
the
expenses of the suit.

That the said Daniel RENNER was in his lifetime indebted unto the
complainant in
the sum of seven hundred and twenty dollars and twelve cents on his
promissory
note dated the 12th day of November, 1892, payable on day after with
interest and
that whilst long since due neither principal or interest were ever paid or
any
part thereof.

That being so indebted unto the complainant and unto diverse other persons
in large
sums of money, and having real estate of considerable value, and but little
personal
property, the said Daniel RENNER departed this life on or about the 8th day
of March,
A. D. 1893, intestate leaving no widow but leaving brothers and sisters,
surviving
him as his heirs at law, to whom said lands descended, viz: A sister Susan
YOUNG,
a widow, residing at Edgemont, Maryland, a sister Caroline RENNER, residing
at said
Edgemont, a brother Horatio RENNER, married to Julia RENNER his wife,
residing at
Lanark, Illinois, a brother George RENNER, unmarried, residing in the state
of
Washington; a brother John RENNER, unmarried, residing in Loveland, state of
Colorado;
two nephews, children of a deceased sister Mary Ann intermarried in her
lifetime with
Daniel OTT, to-wit: Jenorous OTT, married, his wife's name unknown, and Wm.
OTT, all
residing in Nebraska; two nephews and a niece, the children of a deceased
brother William
RENNER, to-wit: Samuel S. RENNER, married, wife's name unknown to the
complainant;
John W. RENNER and Ida RENNER, residing in the state of Missouri; two
children a nephew
and a niece, children of a deceased sister Elizabeth WEAGLEY, to-wit:
William F. WEAGLEY,
intermarried with Ida M. WEAGLEY his wife and Amanda H. WEAGLEY, all
residing in Pennsylvania.

That letters of administration upon his estate had been granted to John W.
CABLE, by the
Orphans' Court of said county, and that the personal estate is wholly
insufficient to
pay the debts of said intestate, and that it is necessary to sell the real
estate for that
purpose.

That the said real estate comprises a tract of twenty-one acres of land
improved by a
dwelling house and in part subject to two peach leases, and a tract of
fifteen acres of
mountain land.

That the said William F. WEAGLEY, Ida M. his wife, Amanda H. WEAGLEY,
Jenorous OTT,
----- OTT, his wife, William OTT, Samuel S. RENNER, ----- RENNER, his wife,
John W. RENNER,
Ida RENNER, John RENNER, George RENNER, Horatio RENNER, Julia RENNER, his
wife, are
non-residents of the state of Maryland.

It is thereupon this 2nd day of May, A. D., 1893, ordered by the Orphans'
Court of Washington
County, sitting as a Court of Equity, that the plaintiff, by causing a copy
of this order to
be inserted in some newspaper published in said Washington county, once in
each of four
successive weeks before the 7th day of June, A. D., 1893, give notice to the
said absent
defendants of the object and substance of this bill of complaint, warning
them to appear in
this Court, in person or by solicitor, on or before the 25th day of June
next, to show cause
if any they have why a decree ought not to be passed as prayed.
