Michael, the staff is WONDERFUL!!! There are only two working the
reference desk but they stay on top of things. I made a phone call and
requested my two obits (I would not try for more than two with a phone
call/they prefer letters). When the paper was missing they stayed on the
task until they uncovered the missing paper (1860). I had made two trips to
MD. without success prior to there assistance.
