According to Washington County Marriages an Index: 1799 - 1860 (Morrow and
Morrow) a Jacob A. Brewer and a Harriet Welsh were married in Washington
County 5/12/1821. Since this was a civilly-recorded marriage, a copy of the
license may be available.
