In addition to Susan and Lauren's info, Willow Bend Books has a CD for $28 entitled: 'History of Western MD', includes Frederick, Montgomery, Carroll, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett counties from the earliest period to the recent, including biographical sketches of their leading men, by J Thomas Scharf. It is from Heritage books and can be ordered thru:

www.Heritagebooks.com.

This might be all you need since has all the counties involved! Willow bend also sells the book version for $200.00!
