Thank you do much for the information. I believe the RODER, ROEDER,
READER, REEDER, etc. line is also a part of this family. I have seen it spelled
also RUTTER. I am new to studying in this area and I really appreciate all
your help.
I have noticed that districts/properties seem to be described in terms
of "Hundreds". Would you or anyone know where the farm 3 miles from
Hagerstown on the way to Ritter's Ford (1809) would be located today and in
relationship to which "Hundred" of that era?
