Conococheague Creek runs through the Amberson Valley of Franklin County,
Pennsylvania (Fannett and Greene Townships). I'm not sure where the source
is, or where it winds up to the southwest, but it may cross into Maryland at
the northwest corner of the state. My Rea ancestors lived on the banks of
the creek in the Amberson Valley.
For Franklin County research, a good source is "Conococheague Headwaters of
the Amberson Valley," by Harry Foreman (1968).
