Hi......

I noticed Jacob STOUFFER on your list. I saw an old (April 2000) message of
someone looking for info on Jacob STOUFFER born 1840..died 1912 Illinois.
He married Elizabeth POPE. The message stated that they started in
Washington County, Maryland, and at one point was in Nebraska. I am going
to try to contact the author of this message if her email is still good. I
did find Jacob STOUFFER & family on the 1880 census in Ogle Co., Illinois.

I am looking for information concerning Peter STOUFFER born 1801 Washington
County, Md......He married Sarah OTT 1825, Washington Co., Md. I am
researching surname OTT and am trying to find the link trying these two
families together. My husband's gggrandfather was Daniel OTT born 1819
Washington Co. Md. Daniel's son Jenorus & Malinda (Rench) OTT also lived in
Nebraska for awhile.
