I have to ask.............can you tell us more about how to obtain an
"obituary locator/book". I have never heard of this.
I assume the Daily Mail is the Hagerstown, MD newspaper; correct?

Happened to have my obituary locator cd/book close by . . .
The obits can be found in the Daily Mail newspaper on microfiche at the
Washington County Library.
Annie KELLEY, age 91, newspaper printing date: July 14, 1953 - Daily
Samuel KELLY, age 72, newspaper printing date: April 18, 1931 -

I do not have the obit for Annie KellEy who died July 14, 1953 nor do I have
the obit for her husband, Samuel Kelley who died April 17, 1931. The
strange thing about Samuel and Annie Kelley is - I could not get a death
certificate for them either. Thinking they could have been living across
the MD State line in PA, I even sent to PA for a death certificate.
Neither PA or MD has a death certificate for Samuel and Annie.
I have the death certificates for the other gr-grandpartents and I got them
with no probelm at all. I just find it strange that the only two death
certificates I cannot get copies of are for this couple who are husband and
wife.
