There is a fairly long presence of LEVY/LEVI in the materials in Washington County. The earliest obit is for a Susannah LEVY
in the August 21, 1807 Maryland Herald:

"Died 28 July 1807, in Balt, in the 62nd year of her age, Mrs. Susannah Scott Levy, wife of Levy Andrew Levy, formerly of this town [long obit]" The remark about the length of the obit is from the person who extracted it - you can contact Washington County Free Library to obtain a copy of the full obit if you want it.

Frederick Town Herald (Frederick County MD)
Dec, 13, 1806
"Died Wed last, David Levy, innkeeper, left wife and several small children."
Later notices indicate his administrators are Mary Ann Levy and Grafton Duvall.

Oct. 21, 1809
"Died Tuesday last, Jacob Levy of this town." His executor was Henry Baer.

May 21, 1807
"Married Thurs eve last by Rev. Danel Wagner, Adam Zeiler to Miss Rebecca Levy - both of Fred town.'

In 1809 Jonathan Levy's house used as a place of business for someone. n 1810 he sold someone's house. In 1807 he put a notice in the paper that he had taken up a stray horse.

In Morrow & Morrow's Will and Estate Documents Index the only entry for LEVI/LEVY is

LEVI, Gerson, estate documents 1869.

Morrow & Morrows' Marriage license index includes the alternate spelling LEVIS and there are only three entries for grooms:

Lee/.Susan Colliman 6/30/1819
Chas./Mary Kellar 4/7/1825
Abr./Paulina Arnold 2/5/1851
The index goes from 1799 - 1860.

Vital records kept by the state/county do not exist for the time period you mentioned. That means you need to look to religious institutions etc. for vital records. There are 8 marriages in Frederick County's marriage license index (Margaret E. Myers) beginning in the late 1700's. I have the guide covering 1778-1810.

Other extract indications - Levy Andrew LEVY sold a lot in Williamsport in the late 1790's. In one account he is on a committee to protect Hagerstown from a raging feber. (1793) In 1795 there was a sheriff's sale of all his store goods to satisfy a judgement that went against him. Later that year he announced he was opening a conveyance and Scrivener's office. That same year there is a letter at the Hagerstown Post Office for Nat. LEVY, printer. In 1794 Mrs. LEVY announced the opening of a school for young ladies.in Hagerstown's Washington Spy newspaper.

Most of the later obituaries use the spelling LEVI.

I hope this gives you an overview of what possibilities are. Most of my resources are earlier than the person you are looking for. Perhaps there is someone else on the list who is researching your surname.

I'm trying to track down the family of a Kenneth Eustace Levy. The only
geographical location in the US (he married in Mexico about 1905) is
Hagerstown, Maryland. I'm guessing he was likely born between 1880 &
1890, but that's just a guess.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
