Ran across the following info which I have not seen posted anywhere. This line is not my main line of research. Some parts were difficult to read but I believe I have transcribed the records correctly. I could find no Kefauver - Sigler - Zeigler surnames in Morrow and Morrow's Distribution of Estate Accounts, Washington co., MD that matched the names mentioned below. Hopefully this info will help someone researching these particular lines.

(1) Washington County Land Records Book NN Pgs 720-721
18 Sept. 1832
7th Part of Tract of Land called Chance Regained is sold to John Keyfauver, Jr by Hannah and Henry Sigler, Jr.

The land originally belonged to John Keyfauver, Sr. who had a daughter named Magdeline.
Magdeline m. Henry Sigler, Sr. and had two children, Hannah and Henry, Jr.
Henry, Jr.'s wife was named Sarah

(2) Washington County Land Records Book II Pgs 574-576
9 June 1827
7th Part of Tract of Land called Chance Regained is sold to John Kefauver, Jr. by Elizabeth and Henry Sigler, (Sr.)
The land originally belonged to John Keyfauver, Sr.

Both Deed records are on line at http://www.mdlandrec.net

Maryland Marriage records show

Henry Seigler m. Magdalena Keefauver 4 Sep 1804 Washington Co.
Henry Zigler m. Elizabeth Keefauver 23 Nov 1813 Frederick Co.

It would appear that Hannah and Henry, Jr. were from the first marriage of Henry Sr.. There is a Henry Zeigler Jr. buried in Burkittsville Cemetery b. 15 Jan 1806 and d. 9 Oct 1854 . This Henry's wife was Sarah Smith, daughter of Henry and Susannah (Lein/Line) Smith
