Information posted here as to the parents of George and his siblings is in error. Info was on the wrong family. Please disregard it. The 1880 Census has the correct info for George. His parents were Amanda J. Riggin and Elijah Robert Shockley. His brothers and sisters were Elijah, Arthur, Rebecca & Denard. Death record is correct and the cemetery is under the care of the Stevenson United Methodist Church located at 123 North Main Street, Berlin, MD 21811. All other information as to his wife and their children remains the same.
