Although Annapolis is one good choice, I would recommend using the Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History & Culture at Salisbury University, in Salisbury. In addition to the appropriate microfilms (although not the originals, obviously), they also have a wealth of other information about the Lower Delmarva area (Somerset, Worcester, Wicomico & Dorchester Counties). One caveat: you might want to call or e-mail to make sure they do have all the years you're looking for--the Center has a lot of material through the turn of the century, but in some cases their microfilm holdings stop around 1850.
