I am searching for the names of William Samuel parents. William Samuel was born Feb. 1884 or Feb 1885 in Snowhill, Worcester County, MD. On his Social Security appl. he stated his father's name was Willam Cropper. William Samuel married an Ila Maebelle Burkett from AL and they lived in Santa Rosa County, FL until his death on 7 May 1953.
