I have an ancestor-Milby bowen who was reported to have a brother "rousey".Could this be the same rouse bowen you were referring to?i am still trying to verify the connection-you know how it is when you talk to someone and they drop names and not much more to go on.It is said that milby bowen had a son edward-which is the farthest back i've actually been able to confirm.they were from md-milby married sophia cropper.Can you give me any more info or leads on this family?I would sure be tickled.I didn't know anything about this line until about 5 yrs ago.
