Sorry it's taken so long to respond. I don't see a Mitchel Hancock in my line. I know little about my earliest Hancock ancestor, Major, born abt 1807 in the Pocomoke area. If I come across his siblings or neices/nephews named Mitchell, I'll be glad to pass that on. (I think Major's father & brother were named William, but that's still unclear)
