I have an ancestor Rouse Bowen. He was born in MD in approximately 1812. I only have information from the census records. His wife's name was Lucinda and their children's names were Joshua b. 1852 and moved to WA, Jacob b. 1865 who moved to OR, Nathaniel b. 1861 and Estella (my ancestor) b. 1862 who married David Dewey. I have been reading the postings regarding the first name Rouse and am targeting Worcestor Co as my search because of that info. Does this fit the time frame for your ancestor Milby Bowen?
