Clement Quillen(in) was listed in the De. 1782 tax Assessment + Census list pub. 1994 He was listed in Baltimore Hundred (that would be in Sussex Co.) on 140 acres?
Also a witness to the will of Hudson, Parker (or the reverse name) in 1788 for the will made 14 Aug 1787
