Hi Nancy:
I wish I knew the County. I have been searching in Maine forever and have
found some Locke's scattered here and there. I have searched mainly
Cumberland and York Counties since those seems to have the most. I did
find some Charles W.Locke's trying to keep in mind the bad math of census
takers. I found in Falmouth Maine a 12 year old that may be the one. Found
that the maiden name of the mother was Foss, and I am waiting for the death
certificate from CA of a Charles W. Locke and all the dates fit. His son
also lived there. Harry Locke born in IA.
