Dear Marguerite,
My biggest drawback is the lack of organizational skills (you should see my
desk!). Also, I don't believe that there is the "perfect program" for a
project such as ours. I have five genealogy programs that I use, mainly
because I find that one of them is easier to input data, others have
different charts, etc. The bottom line is that it will probably end up on
an AdobeĀ® document as I can import pictures, photos, charts and dialogue
all in the same place on my computer. Also, may I suggest contacting a
publisher such as Picton Press or Higginston Books? They may help you
decide on a particular program with the format that they would want.
Hope that this helps in some way.
Sincerely,
Tom
