I found him in the 1930 census:
Alex Oksanen 44 1885 Finland White Keene, Cheshire, NH
District 9 page 27 of 47.
I cant read it too well,but he was a boarder, single, born Finland age 46 a carpenter.
One more in Michigan:
Alex Oksanen 46 1883 New York Head White Champion, Marquette, MI I dont think this one is yours as he was born in New York of unknown parentage.
N.H. would be the place to order a death record
