Hi Karen,

I believe you are having trouble because the Northwest Tel employees are on strike. If something major goes wrong they have to depend on managers to fix the problems, and only a few
managers also have techie skills. Perhaps you will have better luck after the strike. If something major goes wrong I will probably loose my internet as NWTel is the only suppler of
telephones up here. NWTel services a huge chunk of Canada that includes Yukon, NWT, Nunavit, northern BC and northern Quebec.

There may be other reasons of course, this is just one opinion. Serena
