what else can they do, if not rebuid?
their coast is needed by the rest of the USA & The World.
plus, can you even begin to imagine a Sweet Louisiana without
"a New Orleans" & all it's history?
being just a big blank spot?
Holland did it, and taught the
the Acadians,
to do it in Nova Scotia,
the Acadiens / Cajuns,
did it in Louisiana,
in mid / to late 1700s,
when they got here.
they just gotta do it
again,
