Hello Everyone , I'm new to this list and I do hope to find some
information on my great grandmother , ANNIE A. LITTLEFIELD , she was
born in WELLS and died 1877 in WELLS so I think at this point you might
say , so why are you looking for information in WALDO ? The answer is
that for about 25 years I have been looking for info in WELLS and found
almost nothing so I feel that I should try the surrounding areas . The
LITTLEFIELD's are the first settlers of WELLS and thats one of the
reasons why I did my searching there . Also her son who is my
grandfather FRANK HENERY SMITH was born in WELLS Oct 1, 1877 . ANNIE
married FRED A SMITH somewhere between 1875 and 1877 because she was
born 1860 and died 1877 and was 17 year of age at her death . After her
death FRED moved to NH. What I want most is proof of their marriage ,
something about her death , such as where she is buried , an obit .
anything . I do know that she was buried with the name SMITH because
somehow , my grandfather had the plack from her coffin .
Any help would be so much appreciated . Thank you . Minnie
