In addition to expanding the biographies on the Waldo County site
http://www.rootsweb.com/~mewaldo/history.htm (at the bottom of the
page), with the help of Isabel Morse Maresh, I have just finished
loading some old maps of Waldo County towns. Precisely, the famous
1859 Waldo County map, but separated by town. At this time I do not
have any maps for Liberty, Montville, Thorndike or
Winterport. Hopefully, this will soon be rectified. The thumbnails
of the available maps are located

table). Click on the link of the town you want to look at, then
click on the thumbnail of that picture to get a blown up view of the
image. Think you know where your ancestor lived? Check it out. I
