I have information on Daniel Livingway. As you can see by my name. Daniel was born in 1841 in Deckerville Sanalic City Michingan and enlisted in the Civil war. My Grandfather Joseph was born in 1871 and my father was born in Detroit in 1909 as was I in 1934. I have many pictures, but none in uniform and I not sure if I have him at all. Daniel was born with the last name of Livernois but when wounded took his name from the army records and his bad pronouncation resulted in Livingway and all Livingway's trace the spelling of their name to him. Our history in this country goes back to 1653 in Quebec and Montreal. If you are interested let me know Paul Livingway
