Jacob's son George was my husband's Grandfather. I had been told George (Jacob' father) was born in Canada but after extensive "looking" I found him by looking up his sons Jacob and Franklin and finding there was no George as far back as I could go. That was to Samuel Ryder born 1601.
The only thing I have on Henrietta is that she was born in 1834 in Wurtemburg, Germany.
George J. had 8 children with Mary Gibbons and they were mostly in Detroit and Grand Rapids. Don't know what the J is for!
