Here are the obits you asked for plus a copy of the memorial card for Charles. Don't know what paper the obits are from but they were found in the records at the Howell Area Archives.
My mother often mentioned a Mr. McRorie that was her teacher at one time and he lived in Gregory. I have my mother's Eighth Grade Diploma from the Unadilla Township Schools and it is signed by Charles H. McRorie, Superintendent. Dated 26 May 1927.

Funeral services were held here Sunday at the Community Congregational church in Pinckney for Charles H. McRorie, 67, who passed away Thursday night. Mr. McRorie suffered a fatal heart attack aboard a private plane that was bringing him to a local area hospital from Tampa, Florida, where he was taken sick. He died only minutes before the plane reached Willow Run airport.Mr. McRorie was a native of Auburn, Michigan. He was the former superintendent of the Gregory school and a well-known teacher in this county. He had lived in Pinckney village for 16 years and after selling their home he and Mrs. McRorie left Pinckney on October 1 to live in Florida.Surviving, in addition to his widow, Magdalene, are one daughter, Mrs. Verna Miller, of Lapeer; a brother, William, of Auburn; and a sister, Mrs. Thomas Baird of Bay City. There are five grandchildren.Graveside services were conducted by the Stockbridge Masonic lodge of which Mr. McRorie was a life member. Burial was in Pinckney cemetery. 11/1/57

MRS.MAGDALENE MCRORIE
Mrs. Charles (Magdalene) McRorie, 70, died suddenly in Tampa, Florida, last Friday. She was the widow of Charles McRorie who died in 1957. Mrs. McRorie was a retired school teacher; she held a life certificate and taught for many years in the Unadilla, Gregory and other Livingston county rural schools. She was born July 17, 1889, in Newaygo county, the daughter of Charles and Mary Botsford Smith. The McRories came to Pinckney from Gregory and lived for several years at 240 Williams Street, before going to Tampa in their retirement. Since her husband's death Mrs. McRorie lived in Lapeer, Mich. and in Tampa. One daughter, Mrs. Verna Miller of Lapeer and four grandchildren survive.The body was returned here from Florida Tuesday afternoon. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Swarthout Funeral Home with the Rev. J. W. Winger officiating. Burial will be in Pinckney cemetery.
