Hi!

I would try the State of Michigan, Dept. of Social Services, Adoption
Services Division, 238 S. Grand Ave., P.O. Box 30037, Lansing, Michigan
48909.

My Dad was taken away from his family in 1918 and placed in State Public
School in Coldwater, Michigan and then out to many foster homes. I was
eventually able to get all my Dad's records from the above address several
years ago.
