I checked the census records, and although I can find Schram and Wrinkle families, the names you mention are not there from 1880 through 1930. If you contact the Alpena Public Library, they have newspaper collections, and perhaps the dates you mention for the article can be checked there to see if there is also an article in their papers. The library also holds many city directories, in which each address in town, and in the outskirts, is checked, and the name and occupation of the occupants listed. They are at 989-356-6188. As for the court records, I'd contact the county clerk at 989-354-9520. Their office will be able to tell you how to get records that you need.
