I now have a birth certificate for Dave T. Wiggins, born July 17, 1897
in Mancelona, Antrim County, Michigan. His parents were Thomas Wiggins,
born in Canada, and Sarah Jane Vallace, born in Michigan. Certificate
was filed on June 14, 1898.

I would like to find out more information on the above people. I had
previously found his name listed as David instead of Dave, mother's name
as Sarah Jane Vallance instead of Vallace, and that she was born in
Ohio, not Michigan. All I have found on father is that he was born in
Canada, no idea where in Canada.

Any suggestions?
